I can’t say that I have much more than layman’s (laygirl’s?) knowledge of Alexander McQueen. Despite obsessively regular reading of Vogue, W, Elle, etc. I’m certainly no Tavi (who is my thirteen-year-old idol/hero). I CAN say, however, that I am always genuinely upset when the world loses another visionary artist, someone who, by sharing the fruits of their creativity and passion, has simply brought more magic and inspiration to the world. Rest in peace, Alexander McQueen.
